  My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement party in the Courtyard area of Chapel Farm on the weekend and everything was absolutely perfect! Despite the horrible wintery weather, our guests were kept warm with plenty of outdoor heaters and the blinds were pulled down to enclose the space. The venue has so much character that we didn't need to worry about many decorations – we just rocked up and enjoyed the night! The staff at Chapel Farm were absolutely fantastic! I've never experienced such an accommodating bunch! I didn't need to remind them about anything on the night. The venue was set up exactly as we expected, they provided us with everything we needed for set up (lit all our candles and bags for rubbish), as soon as speeches were over they grabbed the cake and started cutting and serving it as we had asked, the food was delicious and hot, and they even catered a special soup dish for our Uncle with a broken jaw, which was very kind of them. And they all had a smile till the end of the night! I cannot recommended highly enough! Even at the end of the night we went to start packing up, only to find it had already been done for us by the staff! We love Chapel Farm and are so glad we chose it to celebrate our special occasion :)

  Had a great meal and a couple of glasses of refreshing verdello, awesome menu which includes a selection of free artworks that you can just remove from the wall and take home with you once you have finished your meal!

  Great bar called the Tap, the atmosphere and surroundings are very rustic and beautiful at the same time. You just want to sit and relax while enjoying the surroundings. Kids are welcome too with loads to explore.

  Very expensive. Bed was horrible. Very poor lighting. Lots of cobwebs. Smelt musty. Definitely not worth what we paid. Breakfast was good though.
